Simonton. More Than Ever. Official Rules

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

The Simonton. More Than Ever. Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on July 24, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Cornerstone Building Brands Building Brands, Inc. (“Cornerstone Building Brands”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER:

To qualify, each participant (“Participant(s)”) must meet with a Cornerstone Building Brands sales representative to learn about Simonton Windows & Doors’ latest products and solutions, sign up for Simonton’s email newsletter, register for Cornerstone Building Brands’ customer portal (if not already registered), and prominently display a ‘Simonton Windows & Doors Proudly Sold Here’ window decal on the Participant’s storefront or within a clearly visible area inside the location. Each participant who performs all of the requirements above during the Sweepstakes Period earns one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.  Each Participant will only be able to enter the Sweepstakes one time, and multiple entries will automatically disqualify said participant.

PRIZE:

Five (5) winners (“Winner(s)”) will each receive $5,000.00 in marketing credit (“Prize”) to be used toward eligible activities in connection with the Simonton Windows & Doors Marketing Development Fund (MDF), subject to applicable MDF program terms and conditions. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash redemption or prize substitution is allowed, except at Cornerstone Building Brands’s sole and absolute discretion, which can be denied for any reason or no reason at all.  Winners will be required to complete a W-9 Form as the prize is subject to taxation.  Cornerstone Building Brands makes no representation as to any tax liabilities, impact or responsibilities as to any entry or the Winner.  Any and all Participants in the Sweepstakes should consult a qualified tax professional to understand any tax obligations.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

The potential Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by a third-party administrator from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place the week of November 17, 2025. The potential Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of sign up. If the potential Winners do not respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification attempt, an alternate Winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Cornerstone Building Brands, which are final and binding. Cornerstone Building Brands reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules (or any other rules put in place by Cornerstone Building Brands at any relevant time). Cornerstone Building Brands is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating, Participants release and hold Cornerstone Building Brands, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, attorneys and agents harmless from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any Prize.

Cornerstone Building Brands reserves the right to audit entries for compliance, any Participant’s signing up for the newsletter and submittal of the entry forms.  Cornerstone Building Brands reserves the right to disqualify, in Cornerstone Building Brands’s sole discretion and decision, Participants believed to be engaging in deceptive or fraudulent entries.  Duplicate, excessive or false submissions constitute fraud and may result in prosecution.  All submitted materials and entries become the property of Cornerstone Building Brands and will not be returned.

By submitting an entry, Participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold Cornerstone Building Brands and their respective affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, attorneys and agencies (“Released Parties”) harmless from and against any claim or cause of action arising out or in connection with the Sweepstakes. Participant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the costs of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees, costs or damages.  Participant waives the right to claim any other additional damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participant agrees to release and hold the Released Parties harmless from any and all liability for injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property as well as claims/actions based on copyright or intellectual property infringement, misappropriation, publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional or related materials, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Cornerstone Building Brands reserve the right, in Cornerstone Building Brands’s sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any aspect or part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Cornerstone Building Brands’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Cornerstone Building Brands reserves the right, in Cornerstone Building Brands’s sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with any element of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Cornerstone Building Brands reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law.  By participating, Participant(s) agree to all terms of the Sweepstakes.  All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Sweepstakes rules lie solely with Cornerstone Building Brands, whose decisions are final and binding.  Cornerstone Building Brands is not liable for injuries or losses arising from or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes and is not liable for events or errors by employees or any acts or omissions of employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the offer.  Cornerstone Building Brands reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes for any reason at any time, with or without prior notice.  See authorized sales representative for details. By submitting any entry (or multiple entries), Participants acknowledge and agree to Cornerstone Building Brands’ collection of personal data in conformance with the privacy policy located at https://www.simonton.com/privacy-policy. Further, Participants agree and consent to receiving email notifications or other communications via text, SMS and/or phone about special offers, events, new products and services from Cornerstone Building Brands.
