Simonton 2025 Fall into Savings Rebate Promo Rules and Regulations

Offer available through authorized Simonton distributors only. Purchases must be made between September 29, 2025, and December 8, 2025 (11:59pm CST). Qualifying product purchases (as detailed below) will entitle eligible purchasers to an applicable rebate in the form of a Digital Visa Gift Card (the ‘Rebate’). Any and all Rebate(s) meeting the offer criteria will be emailed to eligible purchasers within 9-12 weeks after the submission date, once Simonton has received and verified the submission is legitimate. The Rebate will not be released until the product has been delivered. Simonton makes no representations about any potential tax implications of the Rebate. Consult a qualified tax professional to understand your tax obligations. Rebates are available for the following Qualifying Products and/or combinations of Qualifying Products:

The Rebate Offer:

$100 Per Patio Door — Qualifying purchasers are eligible for a $100 rebate for each qualifying sliding patio door they purchase. Patio doors with multiple panels count as one (1) patio door.

$50 Per DaylightMax Exterior Black or Bronze Laminate Window — Qualifying purchasers are eligible for a $50 rebate for each qualifying window with exterior laminate finish. Mulled windows count as one (1) window.

$30 Per DaylightMax or Madeira Window — Qualifying purchasers are eligible for a $30 rebate for each qualifying window in standard white/tan vinyl or with a custom exterior color. Mulled windows, Bays, and Bows count as one (1) window.

See your local Simonton sales professional for pricing on qualifying products—prices vary by location. This rebate offer is not extended to dealers, distributors, or contractors. This rebate offer is only applicable to residential homeowners in these states: HI, WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, AK, NM, TX, ID, UT, CO, and TX.

To redeem the offer, an eligible purchaser must complete an online Rebate submission form (including proof of purchase made between September 29, 2025, and December 8, 2025, at https://www.simonton.com/fall-into-savings/. Online Rebate submissions must be completed no later than 30 days post-purchase, and the online Rebate submission period will end 11:59pm CST on January 8, 2026. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Simonton and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates will not be responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, delayed, duplicate, altered or misdirected submissions. Simonton and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates reserve the right to audit accounts for compliance as well as participant’s purchase of product(s) and submittal of online redemption form and to disqualify participants engaging in deceptive or fraudulent submission practices. Duplicate, excessive or false submissions may constitute fraud and may result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC 1341 and 1342). All submitted materials become the property of Simonton and will not be returned. If you have not received confirmation of your Rebate claim submission within thirty (30) days of submitting the online rebate form, please email [email protected]. Submission updates will only be accepted for thirty (30) days after December 8, 2025, but in no event after January 8, 2026.

If eligible products are returned after receipt of the Rebate, the recipient will be required to return the Rebate digital gift card(s), and if already used, the total value of the Rebate(s). Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, you agree to all terms and conditions of the offer. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the offer rules lie solely with Simonton, whose decision(s) is/are final and binding. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any and all taxes and fees.
