Offer available through authorized Simonton Windows & Doors, Inc. (“Simonton”) distributors only. Purchase must be made between August 11, 2025, and November 14, 2025 (11:59pm CST). Qualifying product purchases (as detailed below) will entitle eligible purchasers to an applicable rebate in the form of a Digital Visa Gift Card. (the ‘Rebate’). Any and all Rebate(s) meeting the offer criteria will be emailed to eligible purchasers within 4-6 weeks after the end of the submission period, once Simonton has received and verified the Rebate submission. Simonton makes no representations about the tax impact of the Rebate. Consult a qualified tax professional to understand your tax obligations. Rebates are available for the following Qualifying Products and/or combinations of Qualifying Products:

Eligible styles included: single-hung (DaylightMax), sliding, casement, awning, picture and specialty shape.

The maximum rebate for Qualifying Products is $1,000.00 per customer.

• No additional or greater rebate will be awarded for the purchase of more than fifty (50) windows per home.

Please note: the availability of the Simonton DaylightMax black and bronze laminate windows depends on geography. Each customer is limited to three (3) Rebate digital gift cards and a rebate cap of $1,000.00. See your local Simonton sales professional for pricing on qualifying products—prices vary by location.

To redeem the offer, an eligible purchaser must complete an online Rebate submission form (including proof of purchase made between August 11, 2025, and November 14, 2025, at http://www.simonton.com/daylightmax-bold-rewards/. Online Rebate submissions must be completed no later than 30 days post-purchase, and the online Rebate submission period will end 11:59pm CST on December 14, 2025. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Simonton and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates will not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, delayed, duplicate, altered or misdirected submissions. Simonton and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates reserve the right to audit accounts for compliance as well as participant’s purchase of product(s) and submittal of online redemption form and to disqualify participants engaging in deceptive or fraudulent submission practices. Duplicate, excessive or false submissions may constitute fraud and may result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC 1341 and 1342). All submitted materials become the property of Simonton and will not be returned. By completing and submitting the online redemption form, you acknowledge and agree to Simonton’s privacy policy located at https://www.simonton.com/privacy-policy/. Further, you agree to receive email notifications or other communications about special offers, events, new products and services from Simonton and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates including, but not limited to, Cornerstone Building Brands.

If you have not received confirmation of your Rebate claim submission within thirty (30) days of submitting the online rebate form, please email [email protected]. Submission updates will only be accepted for thirty (30) days after November 14, 2025.

If eligible products are returned after receipt of the Rebate, the recipient will be required to return the Rebate digital gift card(s), and if already used, the total value of the Rebate(s). Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, you agree to all terms of the offer. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the offer rules lie s/solely with Simonton, whose decision(s) is/are final and binding. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any and all taxes and fees.
