Q: How do I qualify for a rebate?

A: There are three ways to qualify for the 2019 DaylightMax Savings Fall Promo rebate!

  • $300 Patio Door & Window Rebate
    • Purchase must include: at least one (1) qualifying patio door AND at least seven (7) qualifying windows.
    • Maximum rebate for qualifying sliding patio doors and windows is $300.
    • Mulled windows, Bays and Bows count as one (1) window.
  • $200 Patio Door & Window Rebate
    • Purchase must include: at least seven (7) qualifying window and door
    • Maximum rebate for qualifying windows is $200.
    • Mulled windows, Bays, and Bows count as one (1) window.
  • $100 Patio Door Rebate
    • Purchase must include: at least one (1) qualifying patio door.
    • Maximum rebate for qualifying sliding patio doors is $100.

The purchase must be made between September 30, 2019 and November 29, 2019, and the online rebate submission form must be submitted by 11:59pm PST on December 20, 2019.

 

Q: Which windows and/or patio doors qualify?

A: Qualifying windows are the following: DaylightMax and Madeira. Qualifying sliding patio doors are the following: Inovo, Contemporary, and French Rail, and Ply Gem Hinged Patio doors (where available).

 

Q: Which Simonton products are excluded?

A: The 2019 DaylightMax Savings Fall Promo rebate program excludes all Verona, America’s Dream Windows, and THD 6200, 6400 and ClearValue series windows and doors.

 

Q: When is this promotion?
A: This promotion starts September 30, 2019 and ends November 29, 2019.   If you are interested in receiving a rebate under the 2019 DaylightMax Savings Fall Promo, you must place your order between September 30, 2019 and November 29, 2019, and you must submit the online rebate submission form by 11:59pm PST December 20, 2019. The order must be placed between September 30, 2019 and November 29, 2019, but the products do not have to be installed in this timeframe.

 

Q: How long will it take for me to get my $300, $200, or $100 Visa card?

A: It will take 9-12 weeks from the date you submit the online rebate submission form to receive your rebate card.

 

Q: What if I made my purchase before September 30, 2019?

A: If you purchased your windows and/or doors before September 30, 2019 you are not eligible to receive a rebate under the 2019 DaylightMax Savings Fall Promo.

 

Q: I purchased more windows and/or doors than the minimum for the rebate. Can I get a bigger rebate?

A: Whether you purchased 10, 16, or 20 windows and/or doors, you can only receive one (1) $300, $200, or $100 Visa rebate card. This rebate may not be combined with any other offer, and only one rebate is available per household. Orders cannot be combined to make the minimum number needed to qualify for a rebate. Commercial properties do not qualify for this rebate. This rebate is available through participating dealers only.

 

Q: I am a business owner. Can I get a rebate for my home and my business?

A: This rebate is only for your home; this offer does not apply to commercial properties.

 

Q: My dealer isn’t familiar with the 2019 DaylightMax Savings Fall Promo rebate program. What should I do?

A: You will need to contact your dealer. The 2019 DaylightMax Savings Fall Promo is available through participating dealers only.

 

Q: The promotion ends November 29, 2019. Does that mean I have to have all the windows and/or doors installed in my home by then?

A: Nope! It just means you need to place your order by 11:59pm PST November 29, 2019 and get your Simonton order number from your dealer to submit the online rebate submission form by 11:59pm PST December 20, 2019.

 

Q: How do I get my rebate?

A: All you must do is fill out this online rebate submission form. It’s that easy! Just make sure you have your Simonton order number. Q: When do I have to submit my rebate?

A: You must submit the online rebate submission form by 11:59PM PST December 20, 2019. Remember to have your Simonton order number ready!

 

Q: What is a Simonton order number?

A: It is a unique number for your entire purchase. Your dealer can provide your Simonton order number, and it will also be on all your installed windows and/or doors.

 

Q: Where do I find my Simonton order number?

A: Your dealer can provide your Simonton order number after you place your order. If your windows and/or doors are already installed, click here for help locating the order number. If you’re having trouble finding the order number on your installed window and/or door, please contact 1-800-SIMONTON (1-800-746-6686) for help.

 

Q: What if my rebate is rejected?

A: No problem! We are here to help. Email us at rebate@simonton.com and we’ll help you through the process.

 

Q: Can I submit my rebate after the 11:59pm PST December 20, 2019 deadline?

A: No. Unfortunately, the site where you can fill out the form will not be available after December 20, 2019. Be sure to fill out the online rebate submission form before the deadline!

 

Q: Can I just have $300, $200, or $100 taken off my order total?

A: No. This rebate offer comes from us, Simonton Windows & Doors, Inc. The rebate amount cannot be taken off the price of your window and/or door purchase. You must fill out the online rebate submission form to receive your $300, $200, or $100 Visa card.

 

Q: I’ve received my $300, $200, or $100 Visa card in the mail, but it’s not working! Can you help?

A: You will need to contact Visa’s Customer Service at 1-888-524-1283. They will be able to help!

 

Q: Does the 2019 DaylightMax Savings Fall Promo rebate come from the dealer who installs my windows and/or doors?

A: Nope! The rebate comes from us, Simonton Windows & Doors, Inc.

 

Q:  Does the Visa Card expire?

A:  Yes!  The card will expire 12 months after the issue date.  So be sure to take advantage of the rebate and use the card before the card expires.

 

 

Simonton 2019 DaylightMax Savings Fall Promo Rules and Regulations

Offer available through participating dealers only. Purchase must be made between April  29, 2019 and November 29, 2019 (11:59pm PST). Qualifying product purchases (as detailed below) will entitle eligible purchasers to an applicable Visa card (the ‘rebate’). Rebates will be mailed to eligible purchasers meeting the offer criteria within 9-12 weeks after Simonton Windows & Doors, Inc. (the ‘Sponsor’) receives and verifies the rebate submission. All Visa cards will expire 12 months after their issue date. Sponsor makes no representations about the tax impact of the rebate. Consult a qualified tax professional to understand your tax obligations. Rebates are available for the following products and/or combinations of products:

Qualifying window products: DaylightMax and Madeira.

Qualifying door products: Inovo, Contemporary, and French Rail.

  • $200 Patio Door & Window Rebate — Qualifying purchasers are eligible for a $200 rebate when they purchase at least seven (7) qualifying window and door Mulled windows, Bays, and Bows count as one (1) window.  Maximum rebate for qualifying windows is $200.
  • $100 Patio Door Rebate — Qualifying purchasers are eligible for a $100 rebate when they purchase at least one (1) qualifying patio door. Maximum rebate for qualifying patio doors is $100.

Please note: the availability of some of these windows and doors vary depending on geography. Maximum rebate per household is $300. Maximum rebate cards per household is one (1). See your local Simonton sales professional for pricing on qualifying products—prices vary by location.

To redeem the offer, an eligible purchaser must complete an online rebate submission form (including proof of purchase made between September 30, 2019 and November 29, 2019) at www.simonton.com/daylight-savings-rebate. Online rebate submissions must be completed no later than 11:59pm PST on December 20, 2019. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, delayed, duplicate, altered or misdirected submissions. Sponsor reserves the right to audit accounts for compliance as well as participant’s purchase of product(s) and submittal of online redemption form and to disqualify participants engaging in deceptive or fraudulent submission practices. Duplicate, excessive or false submissions constitute fraud and may result in federal prosecution under the U.S. mail fraud statutes (Title 18, USC 1341 and 1342). All submitted materials become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By completing and submitting the online redemption form, you acknowledge and agree to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at http://www.plygem.com/wps/portal/home/aboutus/privacy-policy. Further, you agree to receive email notifications or other communications about special offers, events, new products and services from Sponsor and/or its affiliates.

If you have not received confirmation of your rebate claim submission within 30 days of submitting the online rebate form, please email rebate@simonton.com. Submission updates will only be accepted for 30 days after November 29, 2019.

If eligible products are returned after receipt of the rebate, recipient will be required to return the Visa card or, if already cashed, the total value of the Visa card. Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, customers agree to all terms of the offer. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the offer rules lie solely with the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any and all taxes and fees. You agree that Sponsor is not liable for injuries or losses arising from or resulting from participation in the offer or use of the Visa card or items purchased therewith.

Further, Sponsor is not liable for events or errors by its employees or any acts or omissions of its employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the offer. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes or modify or cancel the promotion for any reason at any time. See your Simonton sales representative for details.
