One of our customers, Rebecca, had her windows replaced in January of 2016 and saw a drastic improvement the day they were installed. Here is Rebecca’s story.
We bought a 1986 colonial house in Virginia last August and knew all of the windows had to be replaced. We shopped around between Sears, Home Depot and Thompson Creek, but ultimately went with Home Depot. The Home Depot consultant came into our home, gave us a window demo and it was a no brainer, so we ended up making a purchase on January 2.
The install was scheduled for January 22, which is also when Winter Storm Jonas would be coming through the D.C. area. The Home Depot installers felt like they could do the job in a short amount of time and they did. They showed up at 8 a.m. sharp and wrapped up by 1 p.m.
