Simonton Windows and Vista Window Company Announce Strategic Alliance
PARKERSBURG, W. VA. – Simonton Windows®, one of the nation’s largest vinyl window and patio door manufacturers, and Vista Window Company, have launched a strategic alliance -- Vista Window Company Western Division. Under this new alliance, Vista branded products will be sold to specialty window retailers located between the Rocky Mountains and the Mississippi River. Simonton Windows is an operating unit of Fortune Brands, Inc.(NYSE: FO).

In the new arrangement, Simonton will handle the logistics and also share in the manufacturing of Vista branded products, while Vista Window Company will provide the product design and marketing programs.
