Hourly Positions Simonton Windows has full-time hourly positions primarily production operators in the areas of glass, glazing, vinyl and loading operations. Workers hired for these positions will be eligible for full benefits after just 90 days, receive competitive wages and immediately be eligible for overtime work. Our facilities are operating on a five-day work week and have openings in both our day and evening shifts for full-time workers.
